Speaking Topics & Keynotes
I bring over 15 years of expertise in reparative philanthropy and organizational strategy, helping audiences move beyond theory into concrete transformation. My speaking cuts through systemic patterns in how organizations distribute resources, make decisions, and engage communities—and provides actionable frameworks for real change. Whether addressing foundation boards, leadership teams, or emerging philanthropic voices, I combine unsparing analysis with strategic thinking that catalyzes actual shift. Audiences leave with clarity on what needs to change, why it matters, and specific strategies to implement it. I work best with organizations genuinely committed to walking their values.

Reciprocity as Operating System
In this session, I challenge the logic that has governed wealth for centuries—the assumption that accumulation is the goal and individual gain is the measure of success. I introduce a different framework: reciprocity, an operating system rooted in how human beings have built thriving communities for millennia. The distinction is structural. Generosity asks: What can I give? Reciprocity asks: What do we owe each other? While generosity distributes from a center, reciprocity distributes that center—shifting power, decision-making, and accountability in transformative ways. I trace reciprocity through history—from Marcel Mauss's research on gift exchange to Indigenous Andean sacred reciprocity to West African susus and Mexican tandas—showing these are sophisticated systems for building trust and belonging. Attendees will leave with a reframed understanding of what wealth is actually for, concrete frameworks for shifting from extraction to reciprocity, and strategies for building personal practices grounded in accountability and community.
Bold Moves, Brave Decisions: An Insider’s Guide to Charting a Purpose-Driven Path
Leading with purpose isn’t easy—especially in spaces resistant to change. In this session, I speak directly to the next generation of disruptors navigating power structures, tough decisions, and the tension between bold ideas and practical action. Through my own journey as a founder, strategist, and waymaker, I share how to develop a personal "why" that withstands challenges, shift from career-building to pathbreaking, and use uncertainty as a tool for impact.
Attendees will gain the insight, confidence, and strategies needed to push past roadblocks and lead in ways that truly make a difference.
